It is an ovoid shaped bright red berry. It is the fruit of the dog rose or wild rose. This 2-3m high thorny shrub grows in hedges, edges of forests, wastelands. Properties of the Plant
The rosehip is traditionally used to feel more energetic.
Hibiscus is a bush 1 to 3 metres in height growing in tropical regions of both hemispheres. The leaves are ovoid at the bottom of the plant and palmate with 3 leaflets along the stem. Its big and pretty red, mauve, crimson, greenish-white flowers (depending on the species) have 6 petals which are free or slightly welded together at the base. It produces small round fruits. Among the thousands of hibiscus types, only a few are used in plant therapy (Hibiscus sabdariffa, Hibiscus rosa sinensis, Hibiscus cannabinus…)
As it diminishes the feeling of heavy legs Hibiscus is traditionally used to assuage venous and vascular problems. Highly tonic and stimulating, rich in vitamin C, it is also known to help you feel more energetic and reduce physical and mental fatigue.
Vitamin C is well-known and recognized for its antioxidant, antiscurvy and anti-fatigue properties. The EFSA* ascribes many health claims to vitamin C (see Article 13.1 of Health Claims published by EFSA*).
The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin C is 80 mg per day with a minimum of 12mg (15%).
The ENERGY SOLUTION infusion is fortified with vitamin C supplementing the natural content of rosehip and hibiscus flowers to provide the minimum daily vitamin C allowance of 12g when using 2 infusion bags per day, which is 15% of the minimum RDA value.

The Diffussence box is recyclable. The crystalline bag is biodegradable. The outer wrap on the other hand should be disposed of in the wastebin, as environmentally-friendly solutions have not been found yet to maintain the preservation properties of the foil.
